We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and coordinate agile software development projects from initiation through delivery. You will be responsible for driving team performance, facilitating agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and ensuring alignment with business goals. This role bridges the gap between business and technology to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Agile & Scrum Leadership
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
• Act as a servant leader and coach to the Scrum team(s), promoting Agile values and practices.
• Protect the team from external interruptions and distractions to help them remain focused on their commitments.
Project Management
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
• Track progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as the primary point of contact between product owners, developers, QA, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to leadership and other stakeholders clearly and effectively.
• Align sprint goals with business objectives and ensure stakeholder expectations are managed.
Continuous Improvement
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices in agile execution.
• Foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and iteration.
Requirements:
Must-Have:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Trello, Azure DevOps).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Nice-to-Have:
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
